| Description | Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team in our Thane office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and quick learner to gain valuable experience in the sales. You will work alongside experienced sales department and contribute to achieving departmental goals. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales documentation, including but not limited to sales proposals, invoices, contracts, letters and other necessary documentation. • Collaborate with the sales team to gather essential information for the creation of documentation. • Support projects and initiatives related to sales documentation, as assigned by management team. • Maintain a tracking sheet for all documentation, ensuring that records are up-to-date and readily available for reference. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sales documentation, and propose improvements or adjustments to existing processes accordingly. • Establish and maintain organized files for each project, ensuring that all relevant documentation is properly archived and easily accessible. Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or master’s program. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Detail-oriented and a quick learner with a willingness to take initiative. • Ability to work as part of a team. • Positive attitude and a passion for sales. |
